In most of the locations that ADESA Impact operates buyers are able to purchase nearly any vehicle offered for sale using the salvage or dealer license issued to them by thier home state or country. The State of Ohio, however, requires that all salvage vehicle buyers hold an Ohio Salvage Dealer Buyer Identification Card.

This card is issued by the State of Ohio BMV. You will need specific credentials from your home state and not all states are eligible for issuance of these cards.

Once you have applied for and received your Ohio Salvage Dealer Buyer Identification Card please contact our Buyer Registration Team at 1-800-431-4753 ext. 302 or cbr@adesaimpact.com. Once they receive a copy of your ID they will set your account so you can begin bidding at any of our Ohio auctions.
